CBD Food Festival Demo 2014 – Purnell's and Opus at Cornwall Street



Glynn Purnell of Purnell’s and David Colcombe of Opus at Cornwall Street are joined by guest ‘sous chefs’ Paul Fulford from the Birmingham Mail and food blogger Richard McComb at the CBD Food Festival 2014 in Birmingham, UK. Glynn and Paul prepare Turbot cooked in Apple Juice and Squid Rolled in Crispy Pork, with Apple and Tarragon Puree and Watercress. David and Richard prepare Poached Lobster and Braised Lamb with Fresh Peas, Samphire, Broad Beans, White Wine and Dill Sauce. The full recipes are available at the end of the video.
