HOW TO COOK PORK BELLY SOUS VIDE
I cooked it for 24hrs @ (155°F / 69°C)

* PORK BELLY INGREDIENTS *
1 cup of Whiskey (Reduced)
5 lbs Skinless Pork Belly
Season to taste with
– Salt
– Black Pepper
– Garlic Powder
– Coriander
– Five Spice

1/4 Cup Goat Cheese
2 tbsp Butter
